1. Services

JB Media provides digital marketing services including:

• Social Media Management

• Web Design & Optimisation

• Email Marketing

• Content Creation

Scope of work will be agreed in writing before project commencement.

2. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Retainer services require monthly payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary content and approvals in a timely manner

• Supply accurate business information

• Maintain access to relevant platforms

Delays in approvals may impact timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

• Final paid-for work becomes the client’s property unless agreed otherwise.

• JB Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

5. Performance

While we aim to deliver measurable growth and results, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes due to variables outside our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as agreed in the contract.

Outstanding invoices must be settled before termination is finalised.

7. Limitation of Liability

JB Media is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, or algorithm changes affecting performance.
